  1. Peel the apples and chop into cubes of less than 1 cm. Sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon and mix.
  2. Transfer to a plate and cover with saran wrap before microwaving for 5 minutes.

  8. Brush the glaze over the surface of the pastry and bake for 15 minutes in a 200℃ pre-heated oven. Once the pastry has risen and they turn golden brown, they're ready.
