2. whip the cream with two tablespoons of sugar. once whipped and the cream is fluffy add milk and 4 tablespoons of baileys. mix well and place evenly on top of the cookies or brownies.
3. slice the banana and evenly place the slices in each ramekin/bowl
4. melt the chocolate, add three egg yolks, remaining sugar, butter/margerine, and 4 tablespoons of baileys. whisk egg whites til fluffy and add the egg whites to the mix. whisk well. this will be the last layer of this delicious dessert.
5. chill for at least 6 hours in a fridge
